Our yacht management is a little different to the standard services you may find elsewhere. This is because, in the true spirit of American Yacht, we have pushed the boundaries and developed groundbreaking software not available anywhere else. Our online program is complimented with a dedicated manager that is a real person to insure that anything requested online does actually get done, also there are many other benefits our two part management offers:

The American Yacht Online Management Program gives you the peace of mind to know your vessel, be it large or small, is being cared for 100%, insuring it is in tip top condition whenever you need it. What’s more, you are in the driving seat – you select the scheduled maintenance you require, you request additional services as and when necessary, you select the level of service you require, and all from the click of a button in the comfort of your own home or office! With online access to our easy to use program gives you the freedom and control you need to be in complete control of your vessel management

Dedicated Maintenance Manager

Never again will you need to spend hours, even days searching for different companies to complete different tasks, chasing contractors to insure jobs are completed in a timely manner, or checking the work once it is done. As an American Yacht Member you will have a dedicated manager that will insure any work that is required on your vessel is completed on time, by qualified tradesmen, either an American Yacht team member, or a qualified independent company that has been thoroughly checked and approved by American Yacht.

Your dedicated manager will arrange everything for all work, be it dockside or marina based. If any work you have selected requires the vessel transported, this will be taken care of too – all for a price that has been pre-quoted and approved by you, enabling you to know exactly what is happening and when.

How Does This Work?

The process is simple.

• Initially you establish your online management account, completing as much information about your boat as possible. Much of this information will help service staff have more knowledge of a job before arriving, therefore taking less time and saving you money!
• Decide what scheduled maintenance you would like performed and when you would like it. This will include regular cleaning and detailing, interior cleaning, diving services, system checks, damage reporting as well as scheduled mechanical services.
• Select any initial services you may need, for example a one off repair, bottom painting or thorough mechanical & system check.

From this point your vessel will be cared for just the way you asked. As and when additional services are required you simply login and type what is required, choosing if you would like to receive quotes, or simply have the problem fixed.

All of this is convenient, however it is often helpful to speak to a person who is educated and familiar with your boat, therefore you may call our toll free number at any time to speak to your dedicated manager.

In addition to all this convenience, your online account will act as a permanent logbook for your vessel. All maintenance completed will be recorded automatically for your review at any time, this will be an official certified record. Any additional work completed by yourself can also be recorded as a self recorded service, and your personal logbook function allows you to record any non-service related reports.
